Software Developer
(Selangor - Shah Alam - Cahaya SPK)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for analyzing the business needs of our business-users and to help identify business problems and purpose solutions.
- Develop or enhance the system to meet the user requirements.
- Work with business to define and analyze problems.
- Considers the business implications of the applications of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Solve problems considering business process and environmental changes.
- Responsible for preparing design documentation.
- Codes, tests and documents programs.
- Ability to prioritize.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Works independently.
- Knows and consistently applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of applications programming.
- Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs.
- Advanced knowledge of system scope definition through needs analysis.
- Understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- Understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
- Develops good relationships with business leaders.
