Supervisor, Administration Department
(Kuala Lumpur - Mid Valley City)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Identify & Appraise the conditions which could affect health and occupational safety, implement accident prevention, control systems and awareness.
- To maintain, implement and attend audit on the environment management system for ISO14001 and ISO9001:2008.
- Manage and monitor tenancy expiration for all premises.
- Regulate flow of maintenance work order, ensure regular maintenance service have been carried out on company facilities and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.
- Fully in charge on the expatriate accommodations, vehicle / transport, payment of bills, maintenance in order to comply with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and well maintain for utilities in order to ensure cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements:-

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in ISO standards & audit and OSHA Act. will be added advantages.
- Able to conduct proper project management skills.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley City.
