Training Manager
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Training of a team of aggressive sales personnel;
2. Responsible for the Manpower planning of Beauty Advisor ie: Engagement, Appraisal, Training and Scheduling;
3. Responsible for Upkeep & Upgrading of Supervisor and Beauty Advisor manual;
4. Conduct Merchandise Campaign briefing to related personnel;
5. Conduct Talks / Seminars on Merchandise to the public / customers;
6. Handle Customers Complaints including channeling complaints to the relevant departments;
7. Responsible for preparing various reports to the management
Requirements:
1. Preferably Female with strong verbal and written communication in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and one Chinese dialect;
2. Ability to speak and understand the Japanese languages will be an advantage
3. Well groomed, presentable and pleasant personality.
4. Preference will be given to candidate with retail sales background or training.
5. Possess own transportation
