Director for Guidance and Counseling, Testing and Placement

The Director will be responsible for:

* Planning, organizing and delivering individual or group counseling for students particularly those having psychological, interpersonal and other adjustment difficulties
* Designing and organizing career guidance
* Developing linkages with industries and employers to determine training requirements and employment opportunities

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling; with doctoral units is an advantage
* Adept in counseling and curriculum programs
* Significant experience in counseling leadership
* 5 years of supervisory/middle management experience
* Ability to manage personnel
* Strong leadership and has organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Department Chairperson for Customs Administration Department

Adamson University is seeking for a creative and experienced Chairperson for its Customs Administratin Department. The Chairperson shall report to the Dean of the College of Business Administration and shall provide strategic direction and vision for the office.

Qualifications:

* M.S. Customs Administration graduate, licensed
* Has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the industry
* Has excellent management and supervision skills
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Willing to go on full-time basis

Alumni Relations Officer

* Graduate of Mass Communication, Psychology, or in any Behavioral or Business courses; preferably graduate of Adamson University.
* With 1 to 2 years in related experience such as events and project management
* Adept in events and projects organizing, planning, and implementation; computer literate
* Creative; has high regard for interpersonal relation; firm but flexible
* Must have excellent grammar, analytical and writing skills

Guidance Counselor

* Shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of activities and services spearheaded by the Center for Guidance, Counseling, Testing, and Placement Services
* Licensed
* Graduate of four-year course, MA in Guidance and Counseling
* Can deal with individuals of all levels of the organization
* Must be decisive, analytical, and hardworking

Librarian

* Shall be responsible in the implementation and enrichment of the educational programs of the University by providing the students, academic, and co-academic personnel with significant learning facilities and resources
* Licensed
* Graduate of Library Science or Library and Information System
* Knowledgeable in library management and operations
* Can effectively deal with individuals in all levels of organizations
* Organized and high-stress tolerant

Office Staff *

* Shall be responsible for performing general office work significant to the operation of the office
* Graduate of any four-year course
* Can effectively deal with individuals in all levels of the organization
* Systematic, goal-oriented, and approachable
