ACCOUNTING CLERK / ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications
- graduate of Accountancy
- at least 2 years experience in accounting work
- preferably female, 23-32 years Old
- computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Accounting software
- able to handle pressure with less supervision
- willing to work overtime beyond office hours
- can start working immediately
CASHIER / ACCOUNTING CLERK
Qualifications:
- Accounting graduate, preferably female
- With at least one year experience as Cashier in a sales and marketing company employing field salesmen, medical representatives, etc.
- Had exposure to dealing with salesmen, banks, internal and external auditors
- Aged 23 to 35 years old
- Computer literate: MS Word, Excel
- Customer –oriented, with sound human relations skills
- Systematic, organized, with keen attention to details, analytical
- With ability to challenge questionable documents and if necessary, confront the source of said documents for verification purposes
- Can spot fraudulent transactions and act fast in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
· Certified Public Accountant
· with at least 10 years of general accounting experience, 3 years of which shall be in supervisory capacity
· knowledgeable and with actual experience in handling corporate income tax, value added tax, expanded withholding tax, and other taxes
· had experienced or have detailed knowledge of payables, receivables, inventory, general ledger, cashiering, costing of imported and local products, analysis of expense reports, etc.
· work experience in the accounting department of a large sales and marketing company will be an advantage
· familiar with preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the top management, offshore corporate office, and government regulatory agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and SEC
· computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· with good written and oral communication skills and possesses excellent human relations skills
· deadline-driven, willing to work long hours and can stand heavy work pressure
· can start working within 30 days
