We are a commercial cleaning specialist for a retail chain.
Due to our expansion plans, we are looking for suitable person to join us as HR and Administration Executive.

HR cum Admin Executive

Job Description:

- Main task of mass local recruitment of cleaners and Supervisory positions through house to house, discussion with village heads, applying for recruitment banners, locating and discussing with labour suppliers and other recruitment methods.
- Conduct job interviews for junior positions.
- Issue letter of appointments, warning and transfer letters.
- Handle domestic enquiry, SOCSO compensation and FWCS compensation.
- Check the validity of staff personal documentation (e.g. I/C and work permit).
- Handle foreign worker’s matters.
- Assist in payroll calculations.
- Handle the renewals of road tax, insurance premium for all company’s vehicles.
- Handle the renewals of Authority licences.

Job Requirement :

- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in HR or related field.
- Preferable age between 30 to 35 years old.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate in using Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel.
