SILK HOLDINGS BERHAD, a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, is the holding company of Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd, a toll concessionaire responsible for operation and maintenance of the KAJANG SILK Highway, which links major population centers in the south-eastern corridor of the Klang Valley. We are looking for dynamic and performance driven individuals to fill the following vacancy:

EXECUTIVE – SECRETARIAL
(Based in Kajang)

Responsibilities :

- Assisting the Company Secretary in the company secretarial and administration work.

Requirements :

- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or equivalent
- Part or full qualifications of ICSA.
- Preferably with at least 2 years related working experience.
- Computer literate, preferably with knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good command in English.
- Good knowledge of the provisions of the Companies Act 1965, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines and circulars and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling shareholders’ meetings and other secretarial works in a public listed company will have an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

OFFICER – ACCOUNT
(Based in Kajang)

Responsibilities :

- To ensure effectiveness and efficiency of accounting support function by executing timely and accurate financial reporting and sound accounting system; to assist in the plan for continuous improvement on the internal control through proper development of guidelines and procedures.

Requirements :

- Degree in Accountancy
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of financial standards, related tax issues and consolidation process
- In charge of full set of accounts and assist in compliance with local statutory requirements, e.g. audit, tax, company law and secretarial issues
- Strong analytical mind, meticulous and detailed
- Possess high degree of integrity
- Effective team player and possess good communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills

TECHNICIAN – M&E
(Based in Kajang)

Responsibilities :

- To carry out site work under the supervision of site supervisor. The main scopes is to carry out routine and corrective maintenance for street lighting and M&E asset, while providing necessary support to the team for other asset such as TCS and TCSS.

Requirements :

- Certificate in Electrical Engineering only.
- 4 years working experience in highway environment.
- Good knowledge in street lighting, Toll Collection System (TCS), Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) and Building M&E.
- Good practical skill, independent, able to work under pressure and creative
