GROUP FINANCE MANAGER

(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities :

- To head the Finance & Accounts Department and responsible for overall management, operations and control of the full spectrum of the financial and accounting processes and functions;
- Provision of accurate and timely monthly consolidation of financial and management reports;
- Preparing quarterly interim financial statements for release to Bursa Malaysia and ensure compliance to the statutory reporting guidelines and approved accounting standards;
- Monitoring and managing group treasury functions and banking facilities to ensure sufficient cash flow available for operating units;
- Review and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts;
- Responsible for tax compliance and tax planning of the Group;
- Involvement in any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements :

- Possess a recognized degree/professional qualification in Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
- MIA member;
- 5 to 10 years of managerial work experience and have performed consolidation for a group of companies;
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards;
- Familiar with computerized accounting systems, preferably Oracle Financial System;
- Possess analytical mind, meticulous, high initiative and commitment to meet reporting deadlines;
- A team player who is dynamic with mature personality, result oriented, independent and able to work under pressure.

Customer Engineers

(Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan)

Responsibilities :

- Install, deploy and maintain desktops and servers (hardware & software).
- Diagnose and resolve problems quickly to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Closely follow up and keeping customers informed.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years onsite support on desktop peripherals & Software.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, Operating System and printers.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
- Good communication skills, patience and maturity to deal with difficult situations.
- Willing to be transferred to different work-based location if project requirement change.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
