Credit Manager ( Sabah )

Responsibilities

- Ensure timely preparation of management reports and financial statements
- Supervise and assist Accounts Receivables Module to ensure accurate outputs and timely closing
- Prepare weekly /monthly collection report for Weekly/monthly Performance Review Meeting
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Commission Payable to sales team and Quarterly Sales Meeting Presentation
- Any other ad hoc assignments

:Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting and Microsoft applications, Must be details with strong problem solving skills, Committed and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Director of Membership ( Sabah )

:Responsibilities

- To lead the Membership Department for their growth in the long term and achieving the Company goals and objectives.

- To improve the Company professionalism, members satisfaction, quality of services, events and activities to enhance the value of a membership at the club and the members pride in belonging.

:Requirements

- Candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
- Working experience with at least minimum three years as Director of Membership in luxury resorts or in high end private clubs.
- Naturally a hospitality or club background would be preferred from a high end private/resort club.
- Candidate should be comfortable in an environment with senior business leaders, government officials and the high end of society.

Director of Golf ( Sabah )

:Responsibilities

- To work with the General Manager to establish, develop & implement Minimum Standards of Operations for the Golf Operations Department as well as the Golf Club House facilities.

- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Golf Department.
- To work with the Course Superintendant, oversee the upgrading and quality of the golf course maintenance and general upkeep of the golf course.
- To work with The Club’s Member Relations Director to identify Members’ needs and interests, and for the development, co-ordination, promotion and implementation of Golf Club special events and activities.
- Responsible for members handicapping and tournament management for both member events as well as corporate events held at Sutera Harbour Golf Club.
- Work with Sutera Harbour Sales & Marketing Department to promote Sutera Harbour as a Golf Destination.
- Plan & implement training and staff development programs on all aspects of golf operations and maintenance.
- To promote, practice and reinforce the Sutera Harbour Core Values to all employees, thereby ensuring member and guest satisfaction

:Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of golf course operations experience in a first class private members club as well as resort golf courses with a reputation for excellence required.
- Golf Club operations background and enjoy responsibility for their golf course maintenance and presentation required.
- Knowledge of budgets, services and equipment relating to golf course management required.
