Account Officer - Davao
(Central Mindanao - Davao)

- Supervises the origination of individual accounts.
- Responsible for loan packaging, administration and maintenance of existing corporate and commercial accounts to ensure continuous good quality of outstanding loans
- Performs corrective measures for deteriorating accounts.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- With at least 3 years experience in lending operations
- With strong background in loan account management, financial analysis and credit evaluation
- Familiar with BSP Circulars for loans
- With strong leadership qualities and decision–making skills
- With excellent interpersonal, communication and marketing skills
- Service–oriented, hardworking, flexible, able to work under pressure, willing to work long hours and willing to travel
- Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

- Has sales experience and good network. Familiarity with target area
- With atleast 3 to 5 years of experience as Branch Head
- With pertinent awards like Marketing Officer of the Year, BM of the Year

- Bears in mind to make positive impression at all times
- Communicates thoughts and ideas well and in a professional manner

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): marketing, networking.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers / Senior Manager / AVP specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or equivalent.
