ACCOUNTANT
(based at Banting)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting.
- Ensures financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review schedules and reports.
- Assist in ad hoc project as and when required
- Manage the cash-flow and working capital of the Company
- Maintain and enhance system of internal control and procedures across all levels
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Member of AIA.
- Working experience in a plantation industry will have added advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience with minimum 2 years in managerial level.
- Ability to work effectively and communicate well.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (outstation or overseas).

PROCESS AND CONTROL MANAGER
(Selangor - Banting)

Responsibilities:

- Prices and contracts terms negotiation.
- Performing cost down activities from time to time.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationship to ensure continued supply of material.
- Plan, supervise and coordinate procurement activities of purchasing department.
- Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead-time to meet customer’s requirements.
- To maintain an accurate information and updated purchasing record from time to time.
- Follow-up and resolve of any repair of parts with respective supplier at the shortest possible time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): good communication & negotiation skills well versed in ERP environment.
- Good spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia, while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managerial level or similar capacity in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Banting, Selangor.
- Full-time positions available.
- Able to work under great pressure and meticulous with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Preference will be given to those who can start work as soon as possible.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
