We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:

SENIOR EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP AND CERTIFICATION ADMINISTRATION
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Overall supervision of all membership and certification administration functions and related activities and branch operations
- Operational planning, quality assurance, process and system improvement/development for membership, certification and branch administration

Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business or Education
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with supervisory duties, preferably in an education/training environment
- Strong command of spoken and written English with good interpersonal communication skills
- Results oriented with good planning and multitasking skills
- Good information analysis skills (with detail orientation and high standards of accuracy)
- Take initiative and personal responsibility to resolve problems or support developmental plans

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP AND CERTIFICATION ADMINISTRATION
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Supervision and coordination of assigned membership and certification administrative workflow and procedures
- Maintenance and continuous enhancement of the relevant databases, records system and processing systems

Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline
- Working experience in an education/training environment would be advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good information management skills (with detail orientation and high standards of accuracy)
- Customer service mindset
