Teknion Furniture Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is a Multi National Company located in Klang. We are a leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of mid to high end systems, seating, storage and related products for the contract segment of the office furniture industry.

We seek the right candidates for the following positions:

Business Development Manager

Requirements:

- Degree in Interior Design / Marketing or related field
- Minimum 7 years work experience in marketing Architectural / Building Material Products preferred
- Experience in handling project tenders with project management knowledge preferred
- Ability to produce creative solutions and passionate in design
- Strong marketing skills and able to develop strong business strategies
- Customer oriented person and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English for both spoken and written
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines and multi-task
- A detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently

Projects Engineer

Requirements:

- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Automotive, Furniture or Engineering Field.
- Ability to execute new product launch from the design stage to the manufacturing stage within target time frame
- Responsible in parts localization, product costing, cost down activity, ECN and engineering support.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and solid works software is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Independent, self-motivated and willing to work extra hours to ensure tasks completed according to target lead time.
- Able to work in a team environment
- Willing to travel if needed
- Knowledge in Baan C4 is added advantage
