Senior Executive, Regional HR

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Regional HR, to be based in Kuala Lumpur for the operational support and deliver of Regional HR services, inclusive but not limited to, policies and framework, recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation & benefits and employee relations. In additional, you shall play an active role during the annual review of HR policies and benchmark against corporate standards & market norms within EA; you should be a hands-on HR practitioner, with experience across various industries and have a good understanding of HR practices and knowledge. Reporting to Regional HR Director of East Asia, you shall also be playing an active role in providing strategic HR advisory to the HR Community within East Asia, while providing operational support in the execution/rolling out of regional HR strategies throughout East Asia.

Essential Requirements

- Professional certification/diploma/degree in Human Resources Management
- 5 – 7 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, inclusive but not limited to
o HR policies setting and framework structuring
o Compensation and benefits
o Recruitment and selection
o Training and development
o Employee relation (i.e. grievance handling)
- Strong competencies in inter-cultural, self awareness, leading and developing others, analytical thinking and team working

Desirable Requirements
- Regional HR work experience work preferably in EA countries
- HR work experience in a foreign MNC environment
