Corporate Development and Planning

The Job:
- Lead the corporate planning and performance management for the Group
- Implement and track the progress of strategic initiatives, review opportunities for profit improvement, monitor effectiveness of business plans and strategies
- Conduct evaluation of new projects, suitable investments.
Requirement:
- A Degree in Business, Finance, Auditing or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related working experience.
- Exposure in planning corporate finance gained from leading advisory firms, financial institutions
- Experience in advisory and project management is an added advantage.
Head, Compensation & Benefits (Group Human Resources)

The Job:
- Plan, direct or co-ordinate rewards and recognition’s strategies and activities for staff in the MIDF Group of Companies
- Provide competitive and performance based-management programmes that enable MIDF Group of Companies to attract and retain key individuals and motivate them to achieve the Company’s short and long-term goals.
- Support and provide managerial functions in the field of rewards and recognitions and accomplish the functional and operational goals and objectives within the general policy guidelines of MIDF Group
- Implement and monitor Group Human Resources Manual & Scheme of Services
Requirement:
- A degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- 7 years working experience in Compensation and Benefits is essential.
