Key Account Manager
(Location: Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Loke Yew)

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing and servicing key accounts and maintaining high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments.
- Strategic development of business annual plans.
- Management of trade fund to focus on key business building activities to deliver company’s growth agendas.
- Conduct business review to gain competitive advantage.
- Planning, monitoring and tracking of sales plan and KPIs
- Keep abreast of competition, products and markets within confectionery or related.
- Ensure channel pricing are complied with company guidelines.
- Develop long term vision and strategy for the channel.

Requirements:

- Degree/ diploma electrical or electronics/electro-mechanical or related engineering discipline
- Min 3 years experience as Sales/Engineering/marketing executive on Industrial Ethernet Networking & Cable or Industrial Automation major in PLC or DCS.
- 3 years of experience in a job in the Oil & Gas related industries or energy/power market
- Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task
- Pleasant personality, independent and highly motivated
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written), high EQ and right attitude to excel in life.
- Possess own transport & valid driving licence.

Products Application & Sales Engineer

(Location: Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Loke Yew)

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development of products and expansion of Sales revenue in EX-Proof product division.
- To practice of sales acquisition by providing technical sales consultation to customers to best fit the customer’s requirement.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Marketing of R.Stahl products, including Automation Explosion proof concepts and solutions.
- Support all products promotion related activities.
- To manage own product division operation and support.
- To liaise and promote products to relevant industry.

Requirements:

- Degree/ diploma electrical or electronics/electro-mechanical or related engineering discipline
- Experience or In-depth technical background in Industrial/Process Automation major in PLC or DCS will be an advantage
- Experience in a job in the Oil & Gas related industries or energy/power market will added advantage
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
- Additional working experience in project management will be added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication & presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently to outstation.
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Possess own transport & valid driving licence.
