We are seeking several dynamic and result-oriented Malaysian to be part of our team in our Kuala Lumpur Office.

SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / SALES CO-ORDINATOR

(FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADING & SPECIALTY FATS DIVISION)

Responsibilities :

- Assist the Sales Personnel on contract administration and execution
- Process and follow through contracts
- Attend to general operation duties
- Liase with the relevant departments such as production, shipping, finance etc within the Group on contracts performance
- Attend to general sales administration duties
- Collate market information and compile statistics

Requirements :

- Preferably 1-2 years experience in export sales or shipping environment
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Good communication skills and able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin or Hokkien
