Being a result oriented and customer driven organization, we are seeking suitable individual who are hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated to be part of our organization for the following position:

SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCE
(Labuan)

Responsibilities:

- Oversees the functions and activities of the Accounting, Treasury, Procurement Departments.
- Directs the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
- Develops and applies fiscal controls and procedures within the organisation.
- Reviews reports to analyse projections of turnover and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
- Confers with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Heads of Division/Department to coordinate and prioritise financial planning.
- Supervises utilisation of funds and works with banks and other financial institutions to raise capital as required for funding Company’s projects.
- Develops and monitors operating and project budgets.
- Oversees the operation and maintenance of all accounts and records.
- Ensures timely remittance of employees’ wages and other entitled monies, EPF/SOCSO/HRDF contributions and employees’ income tax deductions.
- Ensures the effective implementation of the Quality and HSE management systems in the Division’s operational processes and interfaces with other functional groups.
- Performs any other function(s) as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, professional Qualification ACCA/CPA/CIA/MACPA OR equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity and industry.
- Must have strong analytical, strategic, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Possess leadership skills, sound business knowledge, mature, well organized, high standard of ethics, able to work independently under pressure.

Candidates without the required academic qualification but with wide experience in the relevant field may also be considered.
