We are a Bursa Malaysia listed company. Our group is primarily a designer and manufacturer of Plastic Extrutions. Our secondary activities include manufacturing of PVC compounding, processing of PVC Coils and trading of Industrial consumables and building material.

In view of the rapid expansion of group, we need capable candidates to fill the following positions at our plant in Tronoh, Perak (approx. 20 minutes drive from Ipoh)

QA Executive
(Perak)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Liase with customers on quality issues and coordinate internal corrective and preventive
- actions.
- To manage the Quality Assurance and set up Quality Control Laboratory, including lab testing activities and instrument calibration.
- Oversee the quality functions including In-coming, In-process, Out-going and Customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to establish an maintain quality systems and procedures.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

- Degree in Chemistry, Polymer or Applied Sciences.
- Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of various test method on PVC edging.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and procedures.
- Analytical, communicative, able to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Posses drive initiative and achievemnet drive.
- Strong leadership qualities to achieve global standards in quality.
- Cooperative and effective communication skills with all levels within the organization.
- Effective communication and self motivated.

CHEMIST
(Perak)

Responsibilities:

- Update, upgrade and operate analytical instruments, methods and procedures for colour matching analysis.
- Provide technical support to marketing and manufacturing teams
- To investigate internal customer complaint related to product quality or non conformity
- To be responsible for new product formulation development & process development & study improvement quality in product design and implements improvements to products, process, material or equipments which can leads to yield improvement and enhance the utility quality, reliability or cost effectiveness.
- Define the process problems that lead to quality issued, evaluate root cause, resolve technical or process problems, implement solutions or preventive action to stabilize process and evaluate result.
- Provide support to process stability
- Independently obtained information required on developing new product/upgrading existing products, analysing both physical & chemical sample for product formulation
- Ensure conduct follow-up during production for consistency quality.
- Interest with QA/QC , production process staff and customer on product related issues
- Ensure proper documentation, including prepartion of the appropriate manuals and work instruction in accordance to ISO requirement.
- Development and improve new testing methods and procedures.

Requirements:

- Candidate must posses at lease a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- Related experience in paint industry and quality assurance/contol of paint products will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skill and able to communicate effectively

Accountant
(Perak)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting
- Prepare and review schedules and reports required by management
- Assist in ad hoc project as and when required by Management
- Manage the cash-flow and working capital of the company
- Maintain and enhance system of internal control and procedures across all level
- Liase with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Working experience in a large a reputable audit firm will be and added advantage
- At lease 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in audit firm
- Ability to work effectively and communicate well with both internal and extrernal clients and suppliers
- Able to handle full set of accounts is an advantage

PRODUCTION MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
(Perak)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full spectrum of production division, to meet set objective in terms of volume, quality and cost.
- Liase with other department/division for smooth operations.
- Generates regular reports on the production line performance.
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment as well as perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.
- Ensure operations conform to written and set procedures and where necessary, set up new procedures / system to facilitate and exercise control.
- Other duties include working with relevant groups to effect smooth ramp up of new products, continuously looking for opportunities to improve on productivity.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from any recognized university preferably in manufacturing/chemical discipline.
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment with sound technical skills in plastic extrution.
- Strategic and analytical with strong management and leadership skills to motivate and lead teams.
- Possess initiative with a hands-on approach in a prerequisite.
