Logistics Executive
(Selangor - Section 13, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the warehouse and logistic activities. Ensure the activities are operated efficiently. Prioritize the work flow and allocate adequate manpower to handle daily operational activities and urgent cases.
2. Planning for Stock take activities. Stock take exercises are conducted on a monthly – quarterly – yearly basis at the Warehouse Premises and outlets, as scheduled and/or as and when the need arises.
3. To keep stock control systems up to date and accurate
4. To liaise with forwarding agents on shipping related matters.

Requirements:

1. Degree /Diploma in related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years experience in related position
3. Experienced in warehouse coordination, store keeping and stocks control.
4. Knowledge in JDE system will be an added advantage
5. Willing to travel outstation when required
6. Preferably female
