ASSISTANT SERVICE ENGINEER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN ( Petaling Jaya )

Responsibilities :

- Taking charge of product assigned and ensure smooth running and provides continuous service support.
- Maintain good relationship and provide good after sales support to customer.
- Liaise and work with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.
- Installation and commissioning of Environmental Test Chambers and equipments.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least STPM certificate, or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in Temperature Chamber, Air-Con and / or electrical field will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin with good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working independently.
- Possess valid Malaysia driving license with own transport.
- Applicant with lower educational certificate but with relevant working experience will be considered.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work after office hours.

SENIOR / SALES ENGINEER ( Based in Penang & Petaling Jaya )

Responsibilities :

- Promote company’s product and services.
- Achieve corporate sales objectives and targets.
- Maintain good relationship and support to customers.
- Product presentation and demonstration to customer.
- Manage sales cost and achieve good operation profit.

Requirements :

- Diploma / Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
- Knowledge in Radio Frequency / EMC / Temperature Chamber / Acoustic / Infrared Thermography will be an added advantage.
- Positive, self-motivated and independent to perform good working attitude.
- Conversant in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
- Possess own car with valid driving license.
