Customer Service Manager - Site Service

Jobs Description:

·     Plan, manage and administer tasks to ensure smooth operations of the department.
·     Plan and manage the available manpower and resources effectively.
·     Meet and exceed business targets.
·     Provide assistance and support to staff to ensure smooth operation.
·     Acts as account liaison for the existing customer bases.
·     Develop effective relationship with installed based customers to build rapport and obtain necessary information.
·     Work with established clients to uncover needs and identify opportunities.
·     Maintain and expand buying activities of existing customers.
·     Increase client awareness of the company’s products and services.
·     Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Education

·     Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation

Experience

- Min 2 yrs as Service Manager, managing technical support team, service jobs and contracts (Min overall experience of more than 5 years)

Skill & Knowledge

- An ability to make strategic decisions
- A fair but strong, firm, determined and focused personality, able to make uncomfortable decisions when necessary
- A proven track record as Leader and able to develop Teams and work closely with all departments to deliver a seamless project to the client
- Good knowledge in contract management
- Very strong PR skills
