Customer Service Engineer
(Selangor - Sungai Buloh)

Responsibilities:

- To provide technical support to clients.
- To update technical information to the sales and marketing department.
- To liaise with the engineering department on recommended technical improvements on products.
- To run the daily operations of the warranty department.
- Knowledge on water treatment and waste water treatment an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply due to work nature requirement.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is  for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Good  analytical and communication skill.
- Able to visit job sites.
- Able to communicate with people of various levels.
- Preferably male. Energetic,
- Enthusiastic and have positive attitude.
- Should be goal oriented and target driven.
- Self motivated and organized.
- Able to work under pressure to produce results.

- Additional Asian language is an advantage.

R & D Technician
(Selangor - Sungai Buloh)

Responsibilities:

- Setting up R&D test.
- Assist Engineers in sample preparation & prototype testing.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / SPM Vocational, Professional Certificate in related  field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Person with sense of responsibilities.
- Able to work longer hours when required.
