To assist in our continued growth we invite applications for the position of Accounts Executive.

Accounts Executive
(Based PJ)

Responsibilities:

- Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform clerical accounting procedures accurately and on time for the Malaysia trading legal entity
- Maintain full set of accounts
- Process employee expense claims and prepare payments
- General day-to-day maintenance of the internal controls related to the assigned accounting functions
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting of sales values and quantities

Requirements:

- A degree/diploma holder in Accounting with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused and able to work with people from different cultures
- Highly organized and resourceful with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Meticulous and able to analyse data using AccPac and Excel will be an added advantage
- Strong self orientation to learning
