Requirements:

This individual will handle the secretariat and logistics functions of the School’s internal grant review committees and prepare the program schedules and itineraries. This role will also make travel and accommodation arrangements for overseas visitors, guests and scientific advisory board members and coordinate logistics support for meetings, teleconferences, videoconferences and scientific symposia. Other responsibilities include updating and maintaining the research faculty recruitment databases for the various Signature Research Programs.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences or Biology-related discipline, with at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Mature, detail-oriented with good public relations and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment

Administrative Assistant (Medical Education, Research & Evaluation)

Requirements:

This individual will assist in running classroom activities for the 1st year courses and prepare course/lecture materials for the faculty members. Other duties include uploading material on the student portal, managing distribution and collection of materials, support faculty members during class sessions and coordinating meetings.

- GCE ‘O’ levels with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills

Laboratory Officer (Medical Education, Research & Evaluation)
(Singapore)

Requirements:

This individual will coordinate with the faculty and educational partners on the laboratory sessions’ requirements and be responsible for the programming of simulation scenarios and maintenance of simulators. This role will also oversee the pre-class preparation and post-class maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces. Other duties include maintenance of laboratory inventory and consumables; ensuring laboratory safety protocols are observed, as well as supporting AV operations in the classes.

- Diploma in Engineering or Biomedical field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with AV technology and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in simulation or clinical laboratories preferred
- Comfortable in learning new technologies
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Able to multi-task and take on responsibilities
