ADMISSIONS OFFICER
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
The Admissions Officer will carry out administrative tasks for and on behalf of the Director of Admissions in areas that includes student database management; ensure office environment is both functional and welcoming to prospective parents and students and expected to maintain highest standards of customer relations all times.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess minimum a Diploma/Degree in Communications, Public Relations or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ of customer service related experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to interact and converse well with expatriate parents, teachers and students
- Must be a self-starter, pro-active and have excellent organizational skills
- Must be computer literate (MAC) and experience in database management systems
- Must have excellent spoken and written English
- Possess a pleasant and matured attitude and well groomed
- Must be able at times to travel within campuses
