ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Requirements:

- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the service industry
- Knowledge of labour law, statutory requirement and foreign workers requirement
- Experience in handling employee relations issues
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Well-versed with computerized payroll and time management system
- Team player and able to work with various levels of people
- Resourceful, analytical and independent
