ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER
–UNIT TRUST OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- To assist Head of Department in organising the operations and administrative duties of the department.
- To assist Head of Department in planning and identify effective strategies for the department from time to time according to requirement and company policies.
- To monitor the work implementation in accordance to IT Transformation including Fund Distribution System (FDS) Project Master Plan and to ensure the project follow the schedule using the allocated budget.
- To coordinate and develop work planning in FDS Project with consultant / vendor.
- To review and ensure the implementation on FDS Project levels are met according to work standard and management requirement.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognised university.
- More than 5 years working experience in management in unit trust industry or banking is required for this position.
- Knowledge in unit trust features, business operations and accounting concept and holders of FIMM license will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of and competency in application and computer operation system.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and have the distinct to work independently.
- Possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Good leadership quality, dynamic personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
