Due to expansion and high growth, we are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:

Customer Service
(Johor - Skudai)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage & monitor daily shipment activities.
2. Costing, billing and documentation for air and ocean freight
shipments.
3. Develop rapport with customers, overseas stations & operations.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): problem resolution, good interpersonal and good
communication skills, self-motivated, computer literate.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
(air/ocean freight) is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or
equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai.
- Full-Time positions available.
