Pacific Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd is a sub-business unit of the Lam Soon Group of Companies. We produce vegetable-oil based oleochemicals and are involved in the manufacturing and marketing of fatty acids and refined glycerine. Our products are used in a wide range of applications in various segments and we serve customers globally. We are looking for dynamic, achievement-oriented and qualified candidate to join us as :

Senior Finance Executive (2 positions)
(Johor)

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and verify invoicing to customers
2. Monitor and submit the financial documentation for banking
3. Monitor and control the preparation of payment
4. Monitor sales collections
5. Monitor and control of multi currency accounts and forex position
6. Cash flow analysis and planning
7. Guide and train the staff on reports, allocate responsibilities, review performance and etc
8. Monthly report related to accounts and finance matter
9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities

Requirements:

- High level of integrity and accuracy with good attention to detail
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finalist of ACCA or CIMA or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer software/application
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience; audit experience would be an added advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally
