Human Resource Manager
(Johor - Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities:

To manage full spectrum of Human Resource and Industrial Relations functions of the Company, among others but not limited to the following:

- Review, develop and implement Human Resource processes, systems, policies and procedures for the Company, ensuring compliance with local statutory and legal requirements
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to address Company’s requirement.
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Performance Evaluation
- Develop performance based reward system in order to attract, motivate and retains talents.
- Training & Development
- Career Planning & Development
- Succession Planning
- Well versed in ISO 9001 requirements

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Malaysian citizenship.
- 7 years experience in managerial level
- Possess leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently while still a team-player
- Able to engage with all level of management teams effectively and influence good HR practices within the organization
