Human Resources Officer/Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all HR related matters.
- Monitoring recruitment and selection process.
- Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues.
- Statutory compliance on employee issues.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Assist management related matters as and when needed.

Requirements:

- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Manager and/or Employee Relations or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar capcaity or equivalent, preferably in the service industry
- Knowledge of labour law, statutory requirement and foreign workers requirement
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Effective business letter writing skills would be an added advantage
- Good operating knowledge of the Human Resources Information Systems
- Possess excellent communication skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Pleasant and approachable with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
