Plantation Manager
(Based in East Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for scheduling, planning and overseeing daily plantation operation.
- Ensure smooth and effective operation on the ground and meeting targeted costs and productions/yields.
- Prepare monthly progress report for the planting operation and annual budgets.
- Ensure that the estates are managed to the company’s standards and in accordance with good husbandry and agricultural practices.
- Responsible for the assessment of staff performance and setting KPIs and targets.

Requirements:

- Master in Business Administration / Degree in Forestry or equivalent. Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in forest plantation operations.
- Excellent organizational, planting and people management skill.
- Possess team work spirit, good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Frequent traveling is required.

Operations Manager
(Based in East Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for scheduling, planning and overseeing daily engineering and construction operation.
- Ensuring the safe, timely and well-resourced completion in many areas, especially road building and bridge construction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and good time management skills.
- Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems.
- Managing budgets and other project resources to ensure project runs smoothly and completed on time.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in forest plantation operations.
- Excellent project management skill.
- Possess team work spirit, good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Frequent traveling is required.

Purchasing Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- In charge of stock items purchases and non stock items purchases include maintenance and services.
- To source for new product/new supplier, obtain quotation and negotiate on pricing.
- To indentify and select relevant vendors to achieve price reduction without compromising on product quality or service.
- To liaise closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction, pricing and payment terms.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and good time management skills.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistic, Procurement, material management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Procurement.
- Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in other dialect is an added advantage.
- Good strategic planning, negotiation, Independent, a team player and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and able to handle computerized purchase order system.

HR & Admin Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- In charge of full spectrum of HR functions including legal and employment act compliance.
- Formulate, develop, review and implement human resource policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, performance management, staff benefits and welfare administration and employee relations.
- To prepare employment documents/contracts of employment.
- Handling general office administration such as office facilities maintenance, stationary, phone system & office network.
- Liaison with related government agencies on import/ export matters, foreign workers work permit.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
- Must have at least 1 year’s hand-on working experience as HR generalist with a good broad-based knowledge in human resource functions.
- Good knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law and handling of the foreign workers procedures.
- Able to work independently with strong leadership quality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and able to handle computerized payroll system.

Accounts Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- To prepare full set of monthly management accounts.
- Assist in any other accounting related works.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors and other parties on statutory compliance matters.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Must have 2 years hand-on working experience.
- Computer literate and able to handle computerized accounting system, UBS.
- Able to works independently and must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
