SENIOR MANAGER, CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT
(Selangor)

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Economics, Training or equivalent
- At least 10 years working experience in Organizational Development/Change Management
- Strong knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 provision on Resource Management (T&D)
- Able to tackle Training Needs and Competencies in different and practical ways
- Good interpersonal, communications, leadership and organizing skills
- Experience as a Trainer would be an added advantage

Material Expeditor
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Control the RO tracking record on project materials/equipments
- Follow up on progress updates until goods delivery at site
- Continuous monitoring of project schedule versus current/required inventory
- Updates project team on any potential issues affecting project deliverables
- Follow up and liaise with procurement, vendor, supplier, sub contractors including scheduling and planning of transportation mode, agent, inspection, trial fit and clearance matters
- Ensure delivery requirement y end user are met
- Establish and maintain systematic recordkeeping of documents (PO, DO, certs, LOI etc)

Requirements:

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse, Logistics environment
- Knowledgeable in logistics matters including transportation, custom tariff, freight, importer/exporter charges, expediting work in oil and gas industry
- Possess good interpersonal, negotiation, judgemental, analytical and communication skills
- Resourceful and possess good attitudes

Programmer Analyst
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall software development life cycle process
- Develop and implement software solutions for business needs
- Provide key-user training & post-development support to end user
- Strictly adhere to the Company’s project documentation requirements
- Responsible for maintenance, enhancements & provides support for projects development
- Ensure highest quality of deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in programming using Microsoft Technologies
- Possess strong knowledge in software development using VB6/ VB.NET, SQL Server (T-SQL, DTS), Crystal Report and BASIC language
- Expertise in Object Oriented Programming, System Analysis and Design
- Possess hands-on experience in ERP & Windows networking environment
- Knowledge in ASP.NET, AJAX and Web Service will be an added advantage
- Willing to work long hours/cope up with pressure to meet project deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a team
- A fast learner with good working attitude
- Posses good problem solving, communication and technical writing skill

Designer / Application Support
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Core Responsibilities: Multimedia, Graphic Designing, Application Support
- Provide user support for software related projects
- Creates a ‘feeling’ in both Web and print design layout
- Coordinates User Acceptance Tests
- Interact with end-users and direct end user support
- Coordinates project development with technical team

Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of related working experience in Graphic Designing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash
- Good knowledge of web design and graphics optimization
- Possess strong interest in Internet related technologies
- Possess good communication and technical writing skills
- A creative thinker and a team player
