Quality Assurance Officer
(Kuala Lumpur – Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To manage and administer quality system document control activities in accordance to hospital’s document control procedures.
- To ensure all documents relating to the maintenance of ISO 9001 : 2008 are updated and maintained.
- To ensure proper filing of all quality documents and records.
- To coordinate and monitor records administration activities.
- To compile and generate relevant report in compliance with departmental and authority requirement.
- To participate in internal audits activities.
- To coordinate Quality Assurance Committee meetings, take minutes of the meetings and follow up on all quality issues.
- To assist superior on all quality related projects as and when instructed by superior.
- To conduct trainings on quality related topics.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma In Secretarial ,Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English,Chinese
- Preferably with one (1) year working experience in the related field.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in maintaining quality system. Exposure to hospital environment is an advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Chargeman
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure electrical equipment are maintained as per required specifications and regulations under Energy Commission Malaysia.
- To be in charge of various switchgears and transformers.
- To have periodical inspection on all electrical service on site and provide technical reports on its performance.
- To assist in all building facility repair works.
Requirements:
- Applicants must posses a certified chargeman BO certificate and registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, Fire alarm system, air-conditioning and basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Proficient with building-electrical and building-mechanical systems.
- Committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Competent in carrying out all duties and responsibilities as a chargeman.
- Able to standby on-call duty.
