Receptionist / Clerk
(Selangor - Balakong)

Responsibilities:

- Receptionist
- To entertain visiting suppliers / customers
- Data entry works

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Production Executives / Supervisors
(Selangor - Balakong)

Responsibilities:

- To supervise and lead a team of workers on daily production processes.
- To maintain minimum quality standards set by the company.
- To plan and achieve production schedules and target.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): have supervisory skills to handle production schedules and processes, computer literate and those familliar with quality documentation, able to work long hours, minimum supervision and independent, good in all kind of disciplinary matters, Good in interpersonal / initiative / communication.
- Those with knowledge in ISO / TS 16949 will have added advantages.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

SALES AND PRODUCTION PLANNING EXECUTIVES
(Selangor - Balakong)

Responsibilities:

- To coordinate with relevant production departments in order to convey customer requirements to the relevant personnel successfully.
- To review customers’ PO and overall production planning and control for related products.
- To follow up on daily sub-contractor or customers delivery arrangement.
- To monitor daily production output and follow up problem occurred.
- To prepare part’s sample, monitor the submission and follow up with the customer for the outcome.
- To plan and follow up arrangement for new parts set up.
- To monitor weekly production rejection rate and propose corrective and preventive action.
- To follow up with customers claims.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- ability to converse in Japanese language will have added advantages.
- Having good interpersonal and intra-personal skills and are computer literates.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
