Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:
To assist in ensuring the monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved

To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and that all costs are controlled

To assist/participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E, Annual Business Plan.

To assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager in ensuring that the Outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements

To assist in planning/set-up of events/functions/group reservations in order to ensure that all area in the outlet is fully utilized for maximum revenues

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
