Requirements:

- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management
- Experience in a similar capacity in the Reservations Department of a hotel or as a Telemarketing Officer/Executive
- Computer literate with knowledge of Par Springer Miller, Group Distribution System (GDS) and rate loading
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Pleasant with positive attitude
- Willing to work shift duties
