SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develops and maintains the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system.
- Develops and maintains the Digital Equipment by monitoring, installation, maintenance and system configurations.
- Implements any and all necessary changes to the CCTV system and approved digital system to meet Gaming Control Board (GCB) requirements.
- Monitors and maintains the Alarm Access Control System.
- Monitors and maintains the Network Video Records / Video Recording System.
- Ensures that all jobs related to the Surveillance and Security departments are managed and completed with no interruptions to daily operation.
- Oversees the networking of Video Recording systems and Network Video Recording systems.
- Responsible for maintaining the required knowledge to complete specified job description in a satisfactory manner.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV or other electronic devices.
- Minimum diploma holder in relevant field.
- Good command of English. Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin and other dialects is an added advantage.
- Computer literate.

VIP SERVICES COORDINATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Perform daily duties diligently and promptly to ensure warm hospitality to our VIP/VVIP guests.
- Provide good service and correct information to the guest whenever/wherever required.
- To handle all important documents such as passports in a safely manner.
- Responsibilities to guest requests and needs.
- To assist guests during embarkation and disembarkation eg. luggage handling, transportation arrangements, dining in restaurant cum show reservations and travel documents.
- Coordinating with shore side to arrange guest’s lodging and travel arrangements.
- Maintain good communication with relevant departments onboard and on shore.
- Recruitment of new membership to qualified passengers. Assisting in filling up membership application forms.
- Updating membership informations into the system.
- Carry out duties according to department daily work shift assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENT :

- 18 – 26 years of age.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Good command of English. Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin and other dialects is an added advantage.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work abroad.
- Computer literate.
