Business Development Manager/Executive (Wealth Management & Investment)
(Selangor - Kelana Jaya / Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- You have deep interest in marketing sales and hunger for business growth.
- To generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Expected to contribute actively to the development & execution of the sales process to meet the company’s sales target.
- Project coordination, and to perform ad hoc duties assigned by Business Development Manager.
- Demonstrate strong Marketing skills and build immediate credibility with clients based on personal know-how & experiences.
- You are required to do prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, making presentations, preparing proposal and quotation, following up, handling objections, closing sales and maintaining good relationship with the customers.
- Develop sales strategy with the management to reach the group targets and extensive travelling in your area.
- To maintain effective and positive working relationships with the clients to optimize the sales opportunities and maintaining high level of “after-sales” customer satisfaction, through the company’s appropriate channels.
- Participate to sales and marketing events (PR, media coverage, sales meetings, international exhibitions and conferences, etc).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, able to influence people on quality and is a team player.
- Computer literate.
- Able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature, resourceful and independent.
Senior Account & Admin Executive
(Selangor - Kelana Jaya / Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of management reports, income tax computations, group consolidation, statutory financial statements & information.
- Review of transactions and documentation for compliance with company accounting policies and reporting standards.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required to provide management with timely financial reports, analysis and information for decision making.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities and statutory organization.
- Budgeting, cash flow management, costing and tax planning in automotive or motorbikes industry.
- Review and implementation of internal control procedures, developing financial management mechanism that minimize risk.
- To assist day to day administrative and operational matters, especially in tracking of deadline and follow-up with respective teams to enhance the company’s efficiency and productivity.
- Formulating financial strategic and long term forecast on business plan.
- Understand and aware of competitors and market trends.
- Keeping abreast of change in financial regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Accounting qualification such as MICPA, ACCA or CIMA and a member of MIA
- Minimum more than 3 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts and administration
- Familiar with computerized accounting system and computer literate knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
- Able to work independently with multi-task and minimum supervision
- Proactive, efficient, analytical, creative problems solving, flexibility and feel of urgency
- Must have strong capabilities to handle a group of companies
- Required good spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia with excellent report writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, diligent and disciplined with strong leadership qualities
- Possess good judgment, integrity and resourcefulness
- Possess strong leadership skill and communication with all level
